Shanta Mining Company Limited is expanding its underground mining operations at the Singida Gold Mine. To support the development of underground mining infrastructure, the company is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Tanzanians to join its growing workforce.

- Geotechnical Engineer – 1 Post
- Safety and Training Officer – 3 Posts
- Maintenance Foreman – 2 Posts
- Maintenance Planner – 2 Posts
- Electrical Foreman – 1 Post
- Electrical Supervisor – 2 Posts
- IT Operator – 3 Posts
- Fitter Mechanic – 3 Posts
- Auto Electrician – 1 Post
- Boilermaker – 2 Posts
- Electrician – 2 Posts
- Jumbo Offsider – 3 Posts

Minimum Qualifications
Depending on the position, applicants should possess:
- Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline.
- Technical or Trade Test qualifications where applicable.
- Experience in underground mining operations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work safely in a mining environment.
