The College invites qualified, competent, and motivated individuals to apply for the following positions:
1. Position: Office Management Secretary
Reporting Line:
Reports to the Deputy Principal, Finance and Administration (DPFA) through the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies.

At least three (3) years of relevant working experience.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Office Manager or senior executives.
-
Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars.
-
Draft, edit, and proofread business correspondence, reports, and official documents.
-
Facilitate effective internal and external communication.
-
Create, organize, and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
-
Ensure proper organization of office documents and easy accessibility of records.
-
Assist in addressing day-to-day operational matters and propose practical solutions.
-
Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
2. Position: Security Officer
Reporting Line:
Reports to the Deputy Principal, Finance and Administration.
Qualifications
-
Retired, energetic Police Officer.
-
At least a Diploma in any field.
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Supervise and oversee all Security Guards at the College.
-
Prepare duty rosters and ensure efficient utilization of security personnel.
-
Record and document all security incidents, observations, and activities.
-
Professionally handle and resolve on-campus and off-campus conflicts or disputes.
-
Coordinate with local law enforcement authorities during investigations or emergencies.
-
Recommend and implement preventive strategies to minimize security risks.
-
Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
