Position Summary
MSI Tanzania is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to volunteer as Drivers to support organizational operations across various regions.
Key Responsibilities

Drive MSI vehicles in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines under the supervision of the Fleet Coordinator.

Ensure timely commencement and completion of trips for staff and official assignments.

Support distribution of office parcels and logistics as instructed by the Fleet Coordinator or Logistics Team.

Ensure proper handling, cleanliness, and security of assigned vehicles.

Supervise vehicles during inspections and maintenance at garages.

Conduct minor vehicle repairs (e.g., changing flat tires when necessary).

Maintain accurate vehicle records, including logbooks, service records, and trip documentation.

Prepare and submit monthly vehicle reports as directed.

Ensure proper fuel management and report any identified risks promptly.

Process retirement of reimbursements issued for assignments upon completion.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
-
Valid Driving License (Grade B required; Grade E is an added advantage).

Valid Driving Certificate from a recognized institution.

Basic computer literacy with certification in computer applications.
Experience
-
Prior experience working with NGO(s) is required.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively across upcountry regions.
Skills and Competencies

Strong administrative skills.

Ability to build positive and cooperative working relationships.

Proactive, self-motivated, and responsible.
