AVAILABLE POSITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Mine Manager
Key Responsibilities
-
Oversee all mining operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity

Develop and implement mine plans aligned with company objectives
-
Ensure compliance with mining laws, regulations, and safety standards
-
Manage mine personnel, equipment, and operational budgets
-
Prepare operational reports and performance evaluations
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology
-
Minimum of ten (10) years progressive mining experience with relevant statutory certifications
-
Strong skills in finance, risk management, mine planning, and advanced mining software
2. Senior Surveyor
Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct mine surveying activities including mapping and volume calculations
-
Ensure accuracy of survey data for mine planning and development
-
Maintain and update mine plans and survey records
-
Supervise junior survey staff and ensure quality control
-
Provide technical survey support to mining operations
Qualifications
-
Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Mining Engineering
-
Five (5) to seven (7) years’ mine surveying experience
-
Proficiency in Surpac, Deswik, and AutoCAD
-
Experience using GPS and Total Stations
-
Professional certification and strong leadership skills
3. Senior Geologist
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage geological exploration and resource evaluation activities

Interpret geological data to guide mining operations

Prepare geological reports and resource estimates

Supervise sampling, drilling, and data analysis
-
Ensure compliance with geological and environmental standards
Qualifications
-
Bachelor of Science in Geology
-
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience, particularly in grade control and ore mining

Proficiency in geological software such as Leapfrog
-
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
4. Plant Manager
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage daily plant operations to achieve production targets

Ensure efficient utilization and maintenance of plant equipment

Implement safety, quality control, and operational procedures

Manage plant staff, schedules, and operational costs

Prepare production and performance reports
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mining Engineering

Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in large-scale gold processing operations (Crushing, Milling, CIL/CIP, Smelting)

Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a managerial role
5. Mining Engineer
Key Responsibilities

Design and plan mining operations for optimal production and safety

Prepare mine designs, schedules, and technical reports

Monitor mining performance and recommend operational improvements

Support mine management with engineering solutions
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) certification is an added advantage
6. Heavy Plant Foreman
Qualifications

Form Four Certificate
-
Certificate from a recognized training institution

Strong analytical knowledge in hydraulics and mechanics of Sandvik, CAT, Komatsu, and SANY machines
-
Basic electrical or electronic knowledge is an added advantage
7. Laboratory Technician
Qualifications
-
Diploma from a recognized institution
-
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience

Ability to operate Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) machines

Strong data interpretation and technical report writing skills
-
Supervisory experience is an added advantage
8. Auto Mechanics / Electricians
Qualifications

VETA Certificate

Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience working with heavy trucks and mining equipment
9. Electrician
Qualifications

Diploma from a recognized institution

Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in industrial electrical installations

Strong knowledge of CIP plant electrical power systems
10. Public Relations Officer
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or International Relations
