ASSEMBLE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED

Assemble Insurance Company Limited invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and results-oriented candidates to fill the following vacant positions:

SALES EXECUTIVES – 7 POSITIONS

Duty Stations: Dar es Salaam and Arusha

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing business opportunities through direct and indirect sales channels, including advertised tenders;

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with intermediaries, agencies, and insurance brokers through regular daily, weekly, and monthly visits;

• Promote the company’s insurance products and services in line with business targets;

• Prepare sales reports and provide market intelligence to support management decision-making;

• Ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a business-related field from a recognized institution;

• At least one (1) year of working experience in a similar role;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) will be an added advantage;

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
