Various Jobs at Nyanza Mines (Tanganyika) Ltd February 2026 Nyanza Mines (Tanganyika) Ltd, a reputable company based in Uvinza District, Kigoma Region, invites applications from qualified, competent, and experienced Tanzanians to fill the following vacant positions:
1. Forklift Operator – 4 Positions
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
-
At least five (5) years of proven experience operating forklifts (preferably electric or heavy-duty forklifts)
-
Possession of a valid forklift operating license (Class F or G)
2. Backhoe Operator – 4 Positions
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
-
At least five (5) years of proven experience operating backhoe loaders
-
Possession of a valid heavy equipment operating license (Class F or G)
3. Workshop Manager – 1 Position
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
-
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in workshop and maintenance operations
-
At least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role
-
Diploma in Automotive Engineering or VETA Grade I certification
4. Lathe Machine Operator – 1 Position
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
-
At least three (3) years of practical working experience
-
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or VETA Grade I certification
-
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings will be an added advantage
5. Salesperson – 1 Position
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
-
At least three (3) years of proven sales experience
-
Experience in the Veterinary, Livestock, or Animal Feed sector
-
Willingness and ability to visit livestock-dense areas
-
Diploma or Degree in Animal Science or a related field
6. Civil Engineer – 1 Position
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
-
At least five (5) years of practical working experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
-
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
-
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software will be an added advantage
7. Sales Representative – 1 Position
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

At least three (3) years of sales experience
-
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
-
Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets
-
Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Relevant academic and professional qualifications for the applied position
