Available Positions
1. Medical Officer II – 19 Posts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MD) from a government-recognized institution.
- Must have completed Internship.
- Registered by the Medical Council of Tanganyika (MCT).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintain patient medical records.
- Supervise junior medical staff.
- Offer preventive and curative healthcare services.
- Participate in planning and implementation of health services.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
2. Assistant Medical Officer II – 38 Posts
Qualifications
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Registered by the Medical Council.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services.
- Maintain important health records.
- Supervise subordinate staff.
- Participate in disease diagnosis and treatment.
- Provide maternal and child healthcare.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
3. Radiology Technologist II – 1 Post
Qualifications
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Radiology/Medical Imaging from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the relevant professional council.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine radiographic examinations.
- Conduct specialized imaging procedures.
- Prepare patients for radiological examinations.
- Administer contrast agents when required.
- Ensure proper functioning of imaging equipment.
- Participate in departmental work planning.
4. Mortuary Attendant – 2 Posts
Qualifications
- Form Four Certificate (Ordinary Level) or higher.
- Training in Mortuary Services is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and preserve bodies.
- Clean and prepare bodies for release to relatives.
- Assist during postmortem examinations.
- Maintain mortuary cleanliness.
- Observe infection prevention and safety procedures.
General Requirements
