1. Head – IT Infrastructure
Role Purpose
To provide strategic leadership in planning, managing, and continuously enhancing the Bank’s IT infrastructure. The role ensures optimal availability, security, scalability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency aligned with business goals and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Bank’s IT infrastructure strategy in line with the digital transformation roadmap.

Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, virtualization, and automation.
-
Prepare and manage infrastructure CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
-
Monitor and optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
-
Present infrastructure performance and risk reports to Executive Management.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate infrastructure team members, including:
-
Defining team structure and workforce planning.
-
Conducting performance evaluations and succession planning.
-
Developing technical skills and certification roadmaps.
-

Oversee capacity planning and technology lifecycle management.
-
Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations and other statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
-
Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, Microsoft Certified (Azure/Windows Server), ITIL, CISSP/CISM (advantage), VMware certification, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor (advantage).
Experience
-
Minimum five (5) years of experience in an IT environment.
-
At least 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
-
Banking or financial services experience preferred.
-
Strong understanding of service delivery and support functions.

Ability to balance competing business priorities.

Strong capability to manage both short-term and long-term objectives independently.
2. Head – IT Service Management / IT Disaster Recovery
Role Purpose
To provide strategic oversight and governance of the Bank’s IT Service Management (ITSM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) functions, ensuring high service availability, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with business objectives and global best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and enhance the Bank’s ITSM framework in accordance with ITIL and industry standards.

Oversee ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release & Deployment, Service Level, Capacity & Availability Management, and Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
-
Ensure ITSM processes are fully documented, standardized, and consistently applied across the Bank.
-
Develop and monitor service performance dashboards and KPIs for Executive Management.
-
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) initiatives and reduce recurring incidents.
-
Drive service maturity improvements through structured reviews and continuous improvement programs.
-
Take executive ownership of Major Incident Management processes.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

ITIL Certification (required).
-
ISO 22301 or Business Continuity certification (preferred).
-
COBIT certification (advantage).
-
PMP or PRINCE2 certification (advantage).
-
Relevant risk or governance certifications (advantage).
Experience
-
Minimum five (5) years of experience in an IT environment.
-
At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or managerial position.

Demonstrated experience implementing and managing ITIL-based service frameworks.
