Volunteer Job Vacancies at Ruangwa District Council February 2026 ANNOUNCEMENT OF VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
The Executive Director of Ruangwa District Council announces to residents who meet the following qualifications to apply for the volunteer positions listed below:
1.0 DRIVER GRADE II – 9 POSTS
1.1 QUALIFICATIONS FOR DRIVER GRADE II
i. Must have completed Form Four (IV) or Form Six (VI).
ii. Must possess a valid Class “E” or “C1” driving license and have at least one year of driving experience without causing an accident.
iii. Must have attended basic motor vehicle driving training.
iv. Must have basic motor vehicle repair skills.
v. Must maintain and complete the vehicle logbook for all trips.
vi. Must ensure the vehicle is clean at all times.
vii. Must perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
1.1.1 SALARY SCALE
As per Government regulations.
1.1.2 AIM
These positions are intended to provide youth with an opportunity to gain work experience as they seek permanent employment. Those who perform well will be considered for available opportunities within the Council and other Government institutions.
2.0 GENERAL CONDITIONS
i. Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens aged between 18 and 35 years.
ii. Applicants must attach a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) with reliable contact details including a phone number and active email address.
iii. Applications should be accompanied by copies of academic certificates and transcripts from secondary school onward.

Provisional results, statements of results, Form IV and Form VI result slips will not be accepted.
iv. Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, Form IV and Form VI Result Slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
v. Applicants must indicate three reliable referees with their contact details.
vi. Applicants who have previously been dismissed from public service will not be considered.
