HESLB Diploma Loan Online Application System 2026 Loan Application Window for Diploma Students – March Intake, Academic Year 2025/2026
We announce to diploma students who will be admitted in March (March Intake) that the loan application window for diploma students will be open from 15/02/2026 to 15/03/2026 for students intending to apply for loans in priority fields as specified in the Diploma Guidelines for the academic year 2025/2026.
Students intending to enroll in non-priority programs are advised to use this opportunity to apply for loans for programs listed in the guidelines available at www.heslb.go.tz
