Key Responsibilities

Facilitate a holistic and competency-based learning curriculum for primary school students.

Develop, monitor, and evaluate lesson plans, schemes of work, lesson notes, and assessments.

Deliver NECTA curriculum content using modern and innovative teaching methodologies.

Inspire and mentor students through participation in Extra-Curricular Activities (ECAs).

Promote academic excellence, moral values, and positive student behavior.

Participate in school duties including assemblies, supervision, projects, and committee work.
Qualifications and Experience

Tanzanian national with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Primary) from an accredited university in East Africa.

Minimum of three (3) years’ teaching experience at the primary level, preferably in top-performing English medium schools.

Proven ability to teach using English as the medium of instruction with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of the NECTA curriculum and competency-based assessment approaches.

Ability to teach Science subjects is required; capability to teach all primary subjects is an added advantage.

A mature, independent, ethical, and well-rounded professional with a positive and motivating personality.

Willingness to adapt to school policies and procedures, including working weekends when required.
