1.0 REGIONAL MANAGER (6 POSTS)
1.1 Duties and Responsibilities
The Regional Manager shall be responsible for the following duties:
i. Manage regional operations efficiently to ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining high standards of quality, including maintenance and repair services.
ii. Manage resources (tools, materials, and equipment) to ensure the region is adequately equipped without incurring excess costs or shortages.
iii. Develop and monitor customer service practices with a focus on response time, service quality, and timely resolution of complaints.
iv. Lead, supervise, and support supervisors and administrative staff by providing clear direction on regional goals and objectives, setting performance expectations, measurable targets, and offering regular feedback.
v. Prepare and manage the regional budget, prioritizing cost-effective solutions without compromising service quality.
vi. Coordinate with supervisors and the Human Resources Section to identify skills gaps and organize relevant training courses or workshops for technical staff.
vii. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure high standards of service delivery are maintained.
viii. Identify and implement improvements in operations and maintenance processes by adopting new technologies and best practices.
ix. Expand the Agency’s presence and market share within the region by identifying and capitalizing on local business opportunities.
x. Build strong customer relationships by developing and implementing sales initiatives and strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets.
xi. Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities (CSR initiatives), stakeholders, and authorities in support of the Agency’s objectives.
xii. Respond effectively to local challenges, opportunities, and changes to ensure continued competitiveness and relevance.
xiii. Prepare regular reports on regional performance, including financial status, operational efficiency, and employee productivity.
xiv. Develop and implement regional plans aligned with the Agency’s policies, procedures, and strategic objectives, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and market expansion.
xv. Perform any other official duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
1.2 Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:

A Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
Business Administration (Finance), Commerce (Finance), Finance, Marketing, Economics, Economics and Statistics, Public Administration, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering. -
Candidates from engineering disciplines must be registered with the Engineering Registration Board (ERB) as Professional Engineers.

Possession of a Master’s Degree related to the Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage.

A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant working experience in the related field.
1.3 Salary Scale
