Qualification To Join JKT2026 Qualifications and Requirements for Applicants for Positions During Recruitment

a. Form Seven Graduates (Mainland Tanzania) and Form Six Graduates (Zanzibar):

Age not above 20 years,
Must have completed secondary education in 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025,
Must possess an original Secondary Leaving Certificate and an Academic Certificate,
Must have passed Division One to Division Four.
Applicants with Division One must have 26 to 32 points.

c. Form Six Graduates:

Age not above 22 years,
Must have completed secondary education in 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025,
Must possess an original Secondary Leaving Certificate and Academic Certificate,
Must have passed from Division One to Division Three.

Must have good behavior and discipline, must not have been convicted by a court, and must not have served a prison sentence.
Must possess a National Identification Card or NIDA identification number.
Must have an original Birth Certificate.
Must not have used illegal drugs, must not be an alcoholic, and must not be employed in any other government institution, including the Police Force, Prisons, Training Colleges, Drug Control Authority, or any other government institution.
Must not have participated in JKT operational training for more than one year, unless required by law.
Must not be addicted to drugs, alcohol, or any prohibited substances.
Warning:

Any applicant who will be found to have lied will be disqualified immediately and legal action will be taken according to existing procedures.

One dark blue elastic sweater or one dark blue jacket with a zipper, for males the zipper must be in the front.
One pair of green or blue trousers.
Two pairs of blue sports shoes.
Long white socks.
Warm clothing for those assigned to camps with cold weather.
One tracksuit of green or blue color.
One small green blanket with two white stripes, clean and tidy.
One green or blue bucket.
