GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Applicants must be citizens of the United Republic of Tanzania and not above 45 years of age.

   • For paramilitary institutions:

     • Non-degree holders: not above 25 years

     • Degree holders: not above 30 years

2. Applicants must apply strictly based on the information provided in this advertisement.

3. Applicants must upload certified copies of the following documents:

   • Postgraduate/Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma/Certificate(s)

   • Academic transcripts

   • Professional registration and training certificates (where applicable)

   • Birth certificate

4. The following documents will not be accepted:

   • Form IV and Form VI result slips

   • Testimonials

   • Partial transcripts

5. Applicants must upload a recent passport-size photograph in the Recruitment Portal.

6. Applicants currently employed in the Public Service are not allowed to apply, in accordance with Circular No. CAC.45/257/01/D/140 of 30th November, 2010.

7. Retired public servants are not eligible to apply.

8. Applicants must provide three reputable referees with reliable contact details.

9. All foreign academic certificates must be verified and recognized by relevant authorities (TCU, NECTA, or NACTVET).

   • Applicants applying for posts with GPA requirements must attach GPA calculation certificates from TCU.
