Position: Loan Officers (LOs)
Number of Vacancies: 50
Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and maintain a high-quality loan portfolio

Recruit, screen, and orient clients on loan products and services

Form and manage client groups (minimum total clients: 350)

Maintain regular field contact with client groups
-
Process loan applications and verify clients’ income-generating activities (IGAs)
-
Collect loan instalments on time and monitor repayments
-
Manage loan disbursements and ensure proper utilization
-
Verify guarantors’ residences and required documentation
-
Provide excellent customer service to clients
-
Complete daily operational tasks as assigned

Ensure accurate, complete, and timely documentation of all activities
Academic Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree from a recognized institution
-
Prior experience is not required (experience will be an added advantage)

Willingness to work at the field level and relocate when required
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-
High level of integrity and awareness of operational risks
-
Self-motivated, proactive, and decisive
-
Strong teamwork and negotiation skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills
