Available Job Vacancies
1. Sales and Marketing Officer – 4 Positions
Duty Stations:
- Bukoba – 1 Position
- Mwanza – 1 Position
- Arusha – 1 Position
- Dar es Salaam – 1 Position
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out sales, marketing, and administrative support activities.
- Collect and analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market information.
- Identify new customers and secure sales orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct visits to supermarkets, hotels, and other clients.
- Support market research and data collection activities.
- Ensure daily sales are banked according to company procedures.
- Prepare and submit sales reports.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
2. Sales Cum Driver – 1 Position
Key Responsibilities
- Transport company products safely to customers.
- Support mobile sales and marketing activities.
- Ensure products and staff are transported securely.
- Respond to customer inquiries during field operations.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections.
- Report accidents or vehicle damage promptly.
- Keep records of maintenance, fuel, parking, and travel logs.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Form Four Certificate.
- Driving Certificate from a recognised institution.
- Certificate in any business-related course.
- Valid Class “E” Driving Licence.
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience with a good safety record.
3. Machine Operators – 3 Positions
Available Specialisations
- Electrical Installation / Industrial Electrical – 1 Position
- Auto Electric – 1 Position
- Boiler Operations – 1 Position
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and clean machines before production.
- Monitor machine performance and operating settings.
- Conduct routine machine performance tests.
- Feed raw materials into production machines.
- Detect and resolve production faults.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Record defective units and production output.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Form Four Certificate.
- Vocational Certificate Level III/Grade I in the relevant trade.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
4. Laboratory Technician – 2 Positions
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory quality control tests.
- Perform moisture content, cleanliness, and bulk density analysis.
- Verify product weights and packaging standards.
- Monitor compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in product sampling.
- Maintain laboratory equipment.
- Prepare laboratory reports.
- Report quality issues to the Quality Controller.
Qualifications
- Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Food Science and Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a food processing industry.
5. Engineering Technician (Mechanical) – 1 Position
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in machinery installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Monitor equipment performance.
- Carry out preventive maintenance.
- Maintain engineering maintenance records.
- Diagnose equipment faults.
- Support engineering projects.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
