Organization 1: Fair Competition Commission (FCC)
The Fair Competition Commission (FCC) is responsible for promoting fair competition in Tanzania and combating counterfeit products through market surveillance and enforcement.
Available Positions at FCC
1. Counterfeit Surveillance Officer II (Law Enforcement) – 2 Posts
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law Enforcement from a recognized institution.
Main Responsibilities
- Trace counterfeit goods at entry points and markets.
- Conduct inspections and market surveillance.
- Carry out raids on suspected premises.
- Collect evidence and samples.
- Prepare field reports.
- Seize counterfeit products.
- Perform other assigned duties.
