KCMC University Announces Administrative Job Vacancies 2026
KCMC University has announced exciting employment opportunities for qualified and experienced professionals to join its growing institution. The University is inviting applications for two senior administrative positions based at its campus in Moshi, Kilimanjaro.

Available Positions
1. Principal Estates Management Officer Grade I (1 Position)
Duty Station
Moshi, Kilimanjaro
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in one of the following fields:
- Estates Management
- Property and Facilities Management
- Real Estate Management
- Building Engineering
- Building Survey
- Land Management and Valuation
- Or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- At least twelve (12) years of relevant working experience in estates or facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Provide technical leadership on estates management.
- Develop and implement estates management strategies.
- Coordinate maintenance and rehabilitation of university infrastructure.
- Prepare maintenance plans and capital development budgets.
- Supervise estates projects and contractors.
- Manage University assets and facilities.
- Prepare technical reports and project progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior staff.
2. Principal Planning and Investment Officer Grade I (1 Position)
Duty Station
Moshi, Kilimanjaro
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- A Master’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Planning
- Project Planning and Management
- Finance and Investment
- Development Planning and Management
- Planning and Investment
- Educational Planning and Management
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Or another related field.
- At least twelve (12) years of experience in a senior planning or investment role within a recognized university or institution.
Main Responsibilities
The position involves responsibilities in three key areas:
Strategic Planning
- Coordinate implementation of the University’s Strategic Plan.
- Prepare annual and mid-term strategic reports.
- Collect and analyze institutional performance data.
- Develop annual operational plans.
- Coordinate preparation of the University Annual Report.
Investment Management
- Develop and review investment strategies.
- Prepare investment plans and project proposals.
- Monitor implementation and performance of approved investments.
- Conduct investment research and risk assessments.
Resource Mobilization
- Prepare funding proposals.
- Identify donor and partnership opportunities.
- Develop income-generating projects.
- Support implementation of the University’s Resource Mobilization Strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with development partners and stakeholders.
