The Executive Director of Rombo District Council has officially announced 100 contract job vacancies for Revenue Collectors (Ushuru/Mapato Collectors). Qualified Tanzanian citizens are invited to apply for these positions aimed at strengthening revenue collection activities within the council.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

Collecting council revenues and taxes.
Issuing official revenue collection receipts.
Reporting to assigned work stations as directed.
Performing other duties related to revenue collection as assigned by the council.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must:

Have completed Form Four (O-Level) education.
Possess a Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Procurement, or related business fields.
Be ready to work in any area assigned by the Council.
Be residents of Rombo District.
Be Tanzanian citizens aged between 18 and 40 years.
Have the ability to use a smartphone effectively.
Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
Possession of a valid driving licence or motorcycle riding skills will be an added advantage.
Have two referees who can provide recommendations.
