Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness of the laboratory, equipment, and glassware.
- Keeping records of laboratory tests and investigations.
- Performing laboratory tests and procedures.
- Collecting venous blood samples from patients and preserving specimens.
- Recording laboratory investigations in the laboratory register.
- Performing any other related duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- Form IV Certificate.
- Two-year Certificate in Health Laboratory Science or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.

2. Office Management Secretary II – 3 Posts
Duties and Responsibilities
- Taking dictation and transcribing accordingly.
- Receiving incoming telephone calls and arranging outgoing calls when required.
- Handling routine travel and hotel arrangements for executives.
- Keeping files, confidential documents, and sensitive materials securely.
- Responding to routine correspondence requiring standard information and decision-making.
- Guiding and training subordinate staff in their duties.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution.
Applicants must also have:
- Shorthand skills in both English and Kiswahili at a speed of 100 words per minute.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Driving vehicles to approved destinations in accordance with traffic regulations.
- Carrying out minor mechanical repairs.
- Taking vehicles for routine maintenance and repairs to authorized service agents.
- Maintaining motor vehicle logbooks.
- Conducting vehicle inspections before journeys and reporting any defects or damages.
- Ensuring safety and cleanliness of vehicles at all times.
- Ensuring all valid permits and documents are available before commencing journeys.
- Reporting accidents or incidents promptly to relevant authorities.
- Performing any other related duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- Form IV or Form VI Certificate.
- Valid Class “C” or “E” Driving License.
- Basic Driving Course certificate from VETA or any recognized institution.
- At least one year of accident-free driving experience.
Additional advantage:
- Trade Test Grade II/Level II in Motor Vehicle Maintenance/Mechanics.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
- Carrying out assigned tasks related to research, laboratory practicals, student projects, consultancy, and services under supervision.

- Conducting laboratory tests on received samples.
- Maintaining cleanliness of laboratories and equipment to reduce infection risks.
- Assisting in repair and maintenance of laboratory facilities.
- Supporting senior staff in relevant operational activities.
- Preparing and maintaining laboratory register books for daily activities.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
