1. Loan Officer
Job Summary:
The Loan Officer will be responsible for field-based loan processing, client assessments, loan disbursement follow-ups, loan collection and recovery, and conducting client visits and calls. The role requires building strong client relationships while ensuring portfolio growth and quality.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Experience in microfinance or lending is an added advantage

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to work in the field

Results-oriented and target-driven

At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
2. Graphic Designer
Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will develop creative and visually appealing marketing and branding materials. Responsibilities include designing digital and print content, social media materials, and engaging motion graphics to promote company products and services.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design

Strong motion graphics skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Creative mindset with a strong portfolio

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
3. Data Analyst
Job Summary:
The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support informed decision-making and improve operational performance. Responsibilities include preparing reports, building dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring data accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data analysis tools)

4. Finance Officer
Job Summary:
The Finance Officer will oversee daily financial operations including bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting support, and compliance with financial policies. The role will also support internal and external audits.
Qualifications & Requirements:

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) – Mandatory

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Advanced Excel skills

Proficiency in QuickBooks

Strong analytical and financial reporting skills

Good organizational and time management skills

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
5. Internal Auditor
Job Summary:
Hope Microcredit is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to assess and improve the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. The role involves conducting audits, reviewing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying operational risks, and providing practical recommendations to strengthen internal systems. Knowledge of accounting standards, auditing procedures, and microfinance operations is an added advantage.
