1. Quantity Surveyor Grade II (5 Posts)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), construction schedules and contract documents.
- Prepare construction project cost estimates.
- Conduct surveys for rehabilitation and construction projects.
- Prepare construction project budgets.
- Prepare project valuation reports.
- Assist in preparing project briefs.
- Administer project finances and construction contracts.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (AQRB).
Salary Scale: TGS E
2. Office Management Secretary Grade II (35 Posts)
Key Responsibilities
- Type confidential and official documents.
- Receive visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain appointments, meeting schedules and office records.
- Retrieve and manage files.
- Prepare meeting documents.
- Manage office stationery.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- Form IV or Form VI Certificate.
- NTA Level 6 Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
- Kiswahili and English shorthand speed of 80 words per minute.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Internet and Email.

3. Land Officer II (40 Posts)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain land records.
- Provide customer services.
- Handle land files.
- Assist in land inspections.
- Prepare inspection reports.
- Draft land deeds and deed plans.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management and Valuation; or
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB).

4. Land Technician Survey II (10 Posts)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare survey equipment and field camps.
- Conduct preliminary land surveys.
- Collect survey data.
- Draw survey sketches.
- Perform survey calculations.
Qualifications

- Two-year Technician Certificate in Land Surveying from a recognized institution.

5. Land Tutor II – Land Management and Valuation (15 Posts)

- Teach up to NTA Level 6.
- Conduct examinations.
- Prepare learning materials.
- Supervise field practical training.
- Conduct research and consultancy.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management and Valuation.

6. Driver II (22 Posts)
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips.
- Transport government staff.
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance.
- Deliver official documents.
- Maintain vehicle logbooks.

Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Form IV Certificate.
- Valid Class C or E Driving Licence.
- At least one year of accident-free driving experience.
- Basic Driving Course Certificate from VETA or another recognized institution.

7. Land Tutor II – Real Estate, Finance and Investment (2 Posts)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following:
- Real Estate Finance and Investment
- Property and Facilities Management
- Land Management and Valuation

8. Land Tutor II – Environmental Management (1 Post)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.

9. Assistant Land Tutor II (2 Posts)
Qualifications
- Diploma in Land Management and Valuation.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Salary Scale: TGS D
10. Accountant Grade II (10 Posts)
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports.
- Process government revenue.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Verify payment vouchers.
- Carry out accounting duties.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Commerce (Accounting option); or
- Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
- CPA(T) or equivalent qualification recognized by NBAA.

11. Assistant Land Officer II (15 Posts)

- Maintain computerized land records.
