Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Ability to identify and develop potential business opportunities through direct and indirect sales channels.
• Experience in managing and maintaining relationships with intermediaries such as agencies and brokers through regular visits.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a business-related field.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) will be an added advantage.
