1.0 MEDICAL SPECIALIST II (PAEDIATRICIAN) – 5 POSTS
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide specialized medical services to both inpatients and outpatients.
- Supervise ward rounds and prescribe appropriate treatments.
- Train and mentor medical students in the field of specialization.
- Plan, supervise, and evaluate medical services in the department.
- Prepare periodic performance and service reports.
- Conduct research and publish findings for professional use.
- Supervise junior doctors and provide technical guidance.
- Plan and oversee outreach programs.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- Holder of Master of Medicine (M.Med) in Paediatrics.
- Must be registered with the Medical Council of Tanganyika.
- Must possess a Bachelor Degree in Medicine.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain patient records and statistics.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment.
- Perform occupational therapy duties under supervision.
- Prepare and maintain written and verbal reports.
- Keep accurate records of services provided to patients.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience
- Holder of a Diploma in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Computer literacy is an added advantage.
