JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Medical Officer In-Charge of Mwananyamala Regional Referral Hospital invites applications from qualified Tanzanian citizens to fill the following contract employment positions:
1. Medical Officer II
Applicants must:
-
Hold a Doctor of Medicine degree from a government-recognized institution.
-
Be registered with the Medical Council of Tanganyika.
-
Possess a valid practicing license.
2. Dental Surgeon II
Applicants must:
-
Hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from a government-recognized institution.
-
Be registered with the Medical Council.
-
Possess a valid practicing license.
3. Assistant Nursing Officer II
Applicants must:
-
Hold a Diploma in Nursing from a government-recognized institution.
-
Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
-
Possess a valid practicing license.
4. Pharmaceutical Technologist II
Applicants must:
-
Hold a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a government-recognized institution.

Be registered with the Pharmacy Council.
-
Possess a valid practicing license.
5. Social Welfare Officer II
Applicants must:

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields from a government-recognized institution:

Community Development
-
Counselling and Guidance
-
Psychology
-
Social Work
-
Sociology
-
6. Assistant Environmental Health Officer
Applicants must:
-
Hold a Diploma in Environmental Health from a government-recognized institution.

Be registered and licensed by the Environmental Health Practitioners Council.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must:

Be not more than 35 years of age.
-
Hold Form IV and/or Form VI certificates.
-
Possess a valid birth certificate.
-
Provide recommendation letters from their local government (Village/Mtaa) authorities.
