🔹 Current Vacancies
1. Ramp Agents – 20 Positions
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Key Responsibilities:

Safely handle aircraft during ground operations

Load and unload baggage and cargo
-
Operate ground support equipment
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Form IV Certificate to Diploma level
-
Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
-
Physically fit (ability to lift up to 32kg)
-
Willingness to work in all weather conditions
2. Passenger Service Agents – 20 Positions
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Key Responsibilities:
-
Manage passenger check-in and boarding procedures
-
Provide assistance to passengers, including those with special needs
-
Deliver excellent front-line customer service
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field
-
Strong communication skills in English and Swahili
-
Previous customer service experience (aviation experience is an added advantage)
3. Load Controllers – 5 Positions
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Key Responsibilities:

Calculate aircraft weight and balance
-
Ensure flight safety compliance
-
Prepare load sheets accurately
Qualifications & Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Flight Dispatch
-
At least 2 years’ experience in the airline industry

Strong analytical and numerical skills
