1.0 SENIOR RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER – (1 POST)
1.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate shall be responsible for:
-
Managing the identification and assessment of risks affecting the Corporation’s operations;
-
Monitoring the implementation of risk management plans and programmes;
-
Promoting a risk awareness culture within the Corporation through appropriate training and education;
-
Preparing periodic risk management reports;
-
Participating in the development of risk management policies and procedures;
-
Identifying risk limits for specific activities and submitting recommendations to supervisors;
-
Facilitating preparation of unit budgets; and
-
Performing any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
1.2 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-
Applicants must be employed in the Public Service;
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Official Statistics, or related fields from a recognized institution;
-
At least seven (7) years of relevant working experience.
1.3 SALARY SCALE

2.0 MANAGEMENT ANALYST I – (2 POSTS)
2.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Reviewing and recommending approval of Schemes of Service and salary structures;
-
Conducting organizational structure analysis for improvement;
-
Reviewing staff regulations of Public Institutions and Statutory Corporations;
-
Preparing draft circulars and Government directives;
-
Providing technical advice on capacity building initiatives;
-
Assisting in management analysis and audits;
-
Managing Government Institutions data banks;
-
Facilitating staffing reviews, training programmes, and induction programmes for Boards and CEOs.
2.2 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-
Applicants must be employed in the Public Service;
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce (HRM major), or related fields;
-
Minimum of four (4) years working experience as a Management Analyst;
-
Master’s Degree must be related to the Bachelor’s Degree.

3.0 SENIOR MANAGEMENT ANALYST – (1 POST)
3.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Reviewing organizational structures, schemes of service, staff regulations, salary structures, incentives, and financial regulations;
-
Preparing guidelines and circulars on staff welfare and organizational development;
-
Preparing proposals on allowances and Board fees;
-
Following up implementation of approved organizational and staffing frameworks;
-
Coordinating training programmes, monitoring systems (PEPMIS and PIPMIS), and Parliamentary directives;
-
Performing other duties as assigned.
3.2 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-
Applicants must be employed in the Public Service;

Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce (HRM major), or related fields;
-
At least seven (7) years working experience;
-
Relevant Master’s Degree.
3.3 SALARY SCALE

4.0 ACCOUNTANT I – (3 POSTS)
4.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Recording financial transactions and maintaining accounting records;
-
Managing accounts receivable and non-current asset registers;
-
Preparing financial statements and management reports;
-
Conducting cost analysis and asset verification;
-
Managing Non-Tax Revenue (NTR) and investment funds records;
-
Assisting in bank reconciliation and investment reporting;
-
Supporting equity investment analysis and financial performance monitoring;
-
Performing other related duties as assigned.
4.2 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-
Applicants must be employed in the Public Service;
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related fields;
-
CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent qualification recognized by NBAA;
-
Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience.
4.3 SALARY SCALE

5.0 SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – (2 POSTS)
Qualifications, duties, and responsibilities include advanced financial management, investment analysis, budgeting, audits, performance contracts, and oversight of public investments.
5.2 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-
CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent recognized by NBAA;
-
At least seven (7) years relevant working experience.

6.0 ECONOMIST I – (4 POSTS)
Salary Scale: TRSS 5.1
Experience Required: Minimum four (4) years
7.0 SENIOR ECONOMIST – (3 POSTS)
Salary Scale: TRSS 6.1
Experience Required: Minimum seven (7) years
8.0 FINANCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER I – (4 POSTS)
Salary Scale: TRSS 5.1
Experience Required: Minimum four (4) years
9.0 SENIOR FINANCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER – (6 POSTS)
Salary Scale: TRSS 6.1
Experience Required: Minimum seven (7) years
