Call For Interview at Bungeni December 2025
The Secretary of Parliament, Parliamentary Office, wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for employment that interviews are scheduled to be conducted from 20/12/2025 to 23/12/2025, after which successful candidates will be assigned to duty stations.
Candidates invited for interviews are required to observe the following instructions:

The interviews will be conducted starting on the dates indicated in this announcement. The time and venue for each interview have been specified according to each cadre.

Each candidate must bring an identification document for verification.
Acceptable identification documents include: National ID, Voter’s ID, Employment ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driving License, or a letter of identification from the Local Government (Street/Village) of origin. -
Candidates are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from Birth Certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Basic Technician Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and higher qualifications depending on the requirements of the respective position.

Candidates who present testimonials, provisional results, statements of results, or Form IV and Form VI result slips will NOT be accepted and will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.

For cadres that require registration with Professional Boards, candidates must bring original registration certificates together with valid practicing licenses.

Each candidate shall be responsible for their own food, transport, and accommodation. In addition, candidates must attend the interview wearing neat and decent attire in accordance with the official dress code circular.

Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA). Candidates for cadres that require a GPA and who studied outside Tanzania must submit a GPA equivalency certificate issued by TCU.

Candidates who do not see their names in this announcement should log in to their Ajira Portal accounts to check the reasons for not being shortlisted, so as not to miss future opportunities.

All shortlisted candidates must log in to their accounts and copy their interview number. Candidates who will conduct online preliminary interviews should remember the email address and password they use for the Ajira Portal system.

Candidates whose names differ across their documents must submit a Deed Poll (Affidavit of Change of Name) registered with the Ministry of Lands.
