The UDSM Recruitment Portal is an online platform created by the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) to manage all matters related to job applications and staff recruitment at the university.
Here’s what it does The portal allows applicants to:

View available job vacancies at UDSM

Create an account and update their personal profiles

Submit online job applications
-
Track the status of their applications
-
Receive notifications or updates about recruitment progress

IMPORTANT NOTE
| i). Certificate from foreign examination bodies for ordinry or Advanced level education should be verfied by the National Eximanation Council of Tanzania (NECTA) |
| ii). Applicants currently employed in public service should not apply. |
| iii). Applicants must be citizens of Tanzania at the age of 18 years and above |
| iv). Applicants must indicate their National Identification Numbers (NIDA Number). |
| v). Presentation of forged certificates and other information will result in disqualification and legal action |
| vi). Applicant retired or terminated from public service for whaterever reason should not apply. |
| vii). Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview |
| viii). A signed application letter should be written either in Swahili or English and Addressed to Deputy Vice chancellor -Planninf,Finance and Adminstration,P.O Box 35091,University of Dar es Salaam. |
| ix). Attaching copies of Form IV and form VI results slips strictly not accepted |
