Taifa Gas started as Mihan Gas Company Limited (MIHAN GAS) and was incorporated on 19th May 2005, With certificate of incorporation number 52508 under the Companies Ordinance (Cap 212) as a limited company in the United Republic of Tanzania. The company spent two years in its initial start-up investment and eventually started business in the market in year 2008.

POSITION:Graduate Trainee – Operations
Working Station: Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent).
- Registered Graduate Engineer is an added advantage.
- At least 1 year since graduation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Internet, Email).
- Strong teamwork, accountability, and leadership skills.
- Creativity, innovation, and problem–solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer orientation and relationship management skills.
- Planning, organizing, and time management ability.

Working Station: Tanzania
Requirements:
- Certificate in professional defensive driving from reputable institutions (preferably VETA or NIT).
- Minimum education: Form 4.
- At least 3 years of driving experience with a valid driving license.
- Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Ability to drive commercial trucks above 3 tonnes.
- Sales experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to provide high-level customer service.
- Hardworking, dedicated, and self–motivated.
- Person of high integrity, discipline, and teamwork spirit.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

POSITION:Shop Technical Sales Representative
Working Station: Dar es Salaam
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in technical sales.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in writing and delivering professional presentations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valid driving license with proven driving skills.
- Sales and customer service experience.
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High discipline, trustworthiness, and flexibility.
