Taifa Gas Tanzania Limited, initially established as Mihan Gas Company Limited, was duly incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania in 2005, holding a certificate of incorporation number 52508, as a limited liability entity pursuant to the Companies Ordinance (Cap 212).Over an initial two-year period, the Company invested significantly in its startup infrastructure within the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) sector and subsequently expanded its operations. In 2018, following a strategic acquisition by Mihan Gas Company Limited and subsequent consolidation, Taifa Gas Tanzania Limited rebranded and launched a new corporate vision.
