Changes in Ajira Portal System 2025
Following the improvements made in the Ajira Portal system, job applicants who have already entered their information on the Ajira Portal system, should update their Secondary education information by using the exam number of the form four (Index Number) in the “Academic Qualifications” section.
For those who have passed sixth form, they will be required to enter the number of the sixth form exam also in their Ajira Portal system accounts in the sixth form information area. This change is necessary as job applicants will not be able to continue with submission of job applications until their fourth and sixth form educational information be improved.
In addition, following these improvements, job applicants will not have to submit copies of certificates their fourth and sixth forms on the Ajira Portal system, they will use it instead their index number of form four and six ONLY. In doing so, their information will be taken directly from the system managed by the COUNCIL TANZANIA EXAMINATIONS.
