Job Position; Sales Executive
Working location; Dodoma
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in promoting and selling pump installation services and products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of water pumps, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering customer-focused solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project follow-through from sales to installation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for pump installation projects
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships
3. Conduct site visits to assess customer needs
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations
5. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
7. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity to senior management.
8. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in solar energy technologies, specifically solar water pumps and rooftop solar plants, to effectively advise customers and address their needs.

Job Requirement;

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or any related field is preferred.
• Two up to three years of experience in sales, specifically in the solar energy industry, with a focus on solar water pumps and rooftop solar plants.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in both English and Swahili.
• Deep knowledge of the solar energy market and products.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven track record of sales success, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Job Position; Technical Engineer
Working location; Dodoma
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing project installations, and ensuring the smooth operations of pumps. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that  meet client and organizational needs.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of various types of pumps
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to pumps and associated systems routine maintenance and service calls
3. Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and clients to ensure smooth operations
4. Prepare technical reports and documentation.
5. Collaborate with design and production teams to improve systems and processes.
6. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and manuals
7. Support installation, maintenance, and upgrading of equipment and systems

Job Requirement;

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Two up to three experience in pump installation and maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
