1. Internal Audit Officer (IAO) – 02 Posts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit timely audit reports to the CEO and Group Internal Auditor.
  • Conduct internal audits in accordance with approved audit manuals, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze data to identify control weaknesses, fraud, inefficiencies, or non-compliance.
  • Perform operational, financial, and compliance audits.
  • Evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements.
  • Identify risk areas and propose mitigation measures.
  • Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers.
  • Prepare monthly consolidated audit reports.
  • Conduct field visits (minimum of 12 days per month).
  • Develop risk-based audit plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure implementation.
  • Review branch operations for efficiency, cost control, and KPI compliance.
  • Evaluate fraud prevention mechanisms and report suspicious activities.
  • Support investigations and special audit assignments.
  • Provide advisory support to management on internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with international audit standards.
  • Participate in system audits (CBS, DFS).
  • Train branch staff on internal controls and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA (T) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in auditing or a related role (mandatory).
  • Experience in NGOs, financial institutions, banks, audit or consultancy firms is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial laws and management practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial systems (e.g., SAP).

2. Accounts Manager – 01 Post

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage petty cash and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure timely postings.
  • Prepare statutory returns (PAYE, SDL, NSSF, HESLB).
  • Handle taxation matters including withholding and corporate tax.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Prepare payroll and ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure timely financial reporting (monthly and quarterly).
  • Manage banking transactions and relationships.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare management accounts and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance (mandatory).
  • Experience in microfinance, banking, audit, or consultancy firms is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software (e.g., SAP).

3. Human Resources Officer (HRO) – 02 Posts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR strategies and organizational development initiatives.
  • Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Administer employee benefits and insurance.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation.
  • Manage leave and staff benefits.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports.
  • Support KPI tracking and performance systems.
  • Coordinate staff engagement and welfare programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
  • Support disciplinary processes and documentation.
  • Maintain HRIS data and generate analytics reports.
  • Assist in succession planning and talent development.
  • Conduct onboarding and induction programs.
  • Monitor attendance and staff turnover trends.
  • Provide HR advisory support to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR role.
  • Experience in financial institutions or microfinance is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
